Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we collect anonymised usage data through Google Analytics — including pages visited, time on site, and general location (country/city level). This data does not identify you personally.


How we use your information

  • To respond to enquiries and communicate with you about our services
  • To understand how our website is being used and improve it
  • To measure the effectiveness of our marketing (anonymised conversion data only)

AI tools

Website chat assistant
Our website includes an AI-powered chat assistant to help visitors find information about our services. Conversations are processed in real time by Anthropic (the provider of the Claude AI model). Whitelaw Mitchell does not store chat transcripts. Please do not share sensitive personal information through the chat.

Internal content tools
We use AI-assisted tools within our content management system to support content creation and site management. These tools are used by Whitelaw Mitchell staff only and do not process visitor personal data.
